AMG Realty and Property Management Inc. located at 12318 Barlow Trail NE suite 115 Calgary, AB T3N 2A9 is looking for a Staffing coordinator to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Job Duties:
• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
• Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel
• Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
• Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures

Job Requirements:
Education:
Completion of secondary school is required.
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from aprogram of 1 year to 2 years is required.
Experience:
Experience of 01 to less than 02 years in relevant field is required
