• Salary: 27.00 hourly / 35 to 44 hours per Week

• Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in the related field

Work site environment: Outdoors

Supervision: 3-4 people

Area of work experience: Snow removal

Area of specialization: Interior landscaping, Lawn care, Grounds maintenance, Landscape construction

Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment: Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Personal suitability: Initiative, Judgement, Team player, Flexibility

Tasks

• Schedule work
• Plan and direct grounds maintenance
• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
• Maintain work records and logs
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Repair and maintain equipment
• Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers
• Establish work schedules and procedures
