EASY TRADE INC. located in Richmond, BC is looking for the suitable individual for Executive Director position for its Richmond, BC location. The details are as follows:

Work Hours: 30.00 hours per week

Wages: $41.50 CAD per hour

Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent

Main duties

•       Develop and articulate the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals; Set strategic objectives and create a roadmap for achieving them.

•       Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operations of the company

•       Formulate and approve policies and programs that support the company's direction.

•       Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for whole supply chain work performed in the departments.

•       Design the organizational structure to optimize efficiency and achieve objectives.

•       Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions

•       Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other key leadership positions.

•       Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff

•       Allocate financial, material, and human resources to support operational needs.

•       Establish robust financial and administrative controls to ensure responsible financial management.

•       Oversee the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.

•       Approve overall personnel planning strategies, including hiring, training, and compensation.

•       Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

•       Communicate with the key customers for the products promotion and cooperation.

•       Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, and other official functions. You may also delegate representatives to act on the company's behalf as needed.

•       Report to board of directors

 

Employment requirements

•       A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field is required

•       A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an asset.

•       5+ years of senior management experience is required.

•       Candidates with prior experience of international business will be given a priority.

•       Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, team player and leadership skills.

•       Ability to multitask, independence and prioritize is a must.
