Job Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Look for and contact potential new customers who might need IT products and services.
  2. Keep in touch with current clients to understand their needs and ensure they are happy with our products.
  3. Show and explain how our IT products work and how they can help solve client problems.
  4. Develop strategies to reach sales targets and grow our client base.
  5. Help clients understand which IT solutions are best for their specific needs and how to use them effectively.
  6. Write up detailed offers and price quotes for clients based on their requirements.
  7. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  8. Learn about the latest IT products and industry trends to provide the best advice to clients.
  9. Work with omega team members, to make sure clients get the best service and solutions.
  10. Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our IT products and find new clients.
  11. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance.
  12. Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company policies and industry regulations.
  13. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  14. Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support, assisting clients with product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
  15. Create regular reports for management that show how well sales are going and predict future sales.
  16.   Look at sales numbers closely and suggest ways to make company  sales strategies work even better.
