Live-in Caregiver/Nanny

Duties:
– Provide in-home care and support to children
– Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
– Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
– Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
– Provide activities and games for children

-Teach basic Vietnamese (speaking, reading and writing) to children

Requirements:
– Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
– Must have a genuine passion for helping others
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently
– Reliable transportation if live-in option not taken
– Ability to speak and write in Vietnamese

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kanata, ON K2M 0A2: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Experience:

• childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CPR Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (required)
