Position Info:

·         Position: Beauty Shop Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $32.90/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-48 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Location: #16-745 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4E 2R2

Job Duties:

·         Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the salon and spa to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery

·         Assess and review daily operations to identify areas for improvement and maintain high service standards

·         Coordinate and organize operational activities, including staff scheduling and service planning, to optimize workflow

·         Develop and enforce workplace policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and service quality

·         Manage budgeting and inventory control, including tracking product usage and ordering salon and spa supplies

·         Oversee marketing initiatives and collaborate on promotional activities to enhance business visibility and client acquisition

·         Recruit, train, and supervise salon and spa staff, ensuring strong team performance and professional development

·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of industry-related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
