Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Design and prepare software test plans for custom software projects delivered to clients .
2. Install and configure software applications and testing tools and on-premise systems before testing begins.
3. Perform functional, performance, and integration testing on custom software solutions to ensure they meet client requirements.
4. Analyze test results and prepare clear reports identifying errors, bugs, and system issues for the development team.
5. Write and maintain manual and automated test scripts for all active software development projects.
6. Work closely with software developers and IT consultants to ensure all software features are properly tested before client delivery.
7. Track and monitor all software defects and ensure they are fixed and retested before final project delivery.
8. Conduct security and vulnerability testing on software applications and cloud systems to meet cybersecurity standards.
9. Test managed IT systems and IT support solutions to ensure reliable performance for clients across all industries.
10. Maintain testing documentation including test cases, defect logs, and test reports for all company projects.
11. Review client software requirements and develop detailed test scenarios based on project specifications.
12. Provide feedback and technical recommendations to the development team to improve software quality and performance.
