Responsibilities
Tasks
Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality and performance
Identify, document, and report software defects and issues using tracking systems
Perform system testing on IT solutions and web applications
Test software compatibility across different operating systems and browsers
Conduct regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not create new issues
Verify data accuracy, system outputs, and database integration
Create and maintain detailed test documentation and test reports
Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables before client deployment
Test user interface elements for usability and consistency
Conduct performance and load testing on applications
Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on requirements
Communicate test results and recommendations to the development team
Support troubleshooting and resolution of production-related issues
Participate in system integration testing and validation
Maintain organized records of test cases, results, and compliance documentation
