Job Duties:
- Handle the full preparation and cooking of all menu offerings
- Customize plates for guests with specific allergies or dietary needs
- Scrub down workstations and prep areas to meet health and safety standards
- Price out menu items and define standard servings for each dish
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep service moving smoothly
- Order necessary ingredients and kitchen essentials to keep the pantry stocked
- Log all incoming stock and monitor the condition of kitchen hardware
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
