Estevan Pro Wash Shell, a locally operated Shell service station and convenience retail store in Estevan, Saskatchewan, is seeking a motivated and responsible Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily store operations, supervise retail staff, maintain inventory control, and ensure excellent customer service.

 

Job Position: Retail Store Supervisor (Full-time)

Vacancy: 1

Work hours: 30 -40 hours per week (To be determined)

Wage: $22.00 per hour

Vacation Pay: 5.77% of gross wages

 

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales associates and ensure smooth store operations.

Prepare staff work schedules and assign daily tasks according to business needs.

Provide guidance, training, and support to new and existing employees.

Monitor inventory levels, receive merchandise, and place orders for store supplies and products.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization and product displays.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and other service-related issues in a professional manner.

Assist with daily sales transactions, cash reconciliation, and preparation of operational reports.

Ensure the store maintains a clean, safe, and organized environment for customers and employees.

Coordinate basic maintenance requests and report equipment or facility issues when required.

Support management with improving store efficiency and customer service standards.

 

Job Requirements:

-Completion of Secondary School is required.

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, convenience store operations, or a related field.

-Ability to supervise employees and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
