We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily execution, optimize speed and accuracy, and cultivate a guest-first culture. The ideal leader brings rigorous operations experience in high-volume environments, cost discipline, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Job duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-casual, high-volume environment
• Lead and schedule a team of 10–20
• Recruit, onboard, train, and conduct performance conversations
• Manage labour planning and food cost to weekly targets; oversee ordering, inventory, waste, and cash controls
• Enforce halal handling, HACCP/food safety, sanitation, health inspection, and workplace safety compliance
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues; manage delivery-app operations and reviews
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relationships; escalate service calls as required
• Prepare basic KPI and financial reports (labour, COGS, deposits, monthly inventory); execute promotions and limited-time offers

Who can apply:
Requirements
• Education: University degree in hospitality or food and beverage service management (or closely related field)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ progressive supervisory/manager experience in restaurant/QSR or equivalent high-volume setting
• Credentials: Food Handler Certificate (or obtained within 60 days); WHMIS an asset
• Technical: Proficiency with POS systems, delivery platforms, and spreadsheets
• Work conditions: Fast-paced environment; standing for extended periods; lifting up to 20 kg
• Personal suitability: Leadership, problem solving, client focus, reliability, attention to detail
