Job Title: Restaurant Cook (Hot Food Cook)
Wage: $22.50 ~ $24.50 per hour (depending on experience or skills)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation/year or 4% of gross salary
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and make complete Japanese style food.
– Assist in creating new Japanese food menus.
– Make sauces such as various types of tempura, donburi, teriyaki, udon sauce, etc.
– Make tempura, donburi, teriyaki, yakisoba udon, etc,
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
– Control the inventory and maintain work area clean
– Clean and organize kitchen equipment and work area.
Requirements:
– Completion of high school
– Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a cook
– English
