Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company’s sales team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Assign sales tasks and targets, evaluate individual and team performance, and prepare regular reports for the Director.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors’ pricing to determine product offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients and actively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including inventory and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and coach sales representatives to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs and initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to strengthen sales initiatives and overall company performance.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and performance projections for management planning.

 

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

  • College diploma required;
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
