Sushi Tengoku in Surrey, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Sushi Chef.
Conditions:
• Position : Sushi Chef (Full time, Permanent position)
• Working hours : 30 ~ 40 hours per week
• Wage : $35.00 ~ $37.00 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Vacation : 10 days paid holidays per year or 4 % gross salary
• Position Available : 1
Requirements :
• Education : completion of secondary school
• Experience : 2 years of sushi chef experience
• Language : English

Job Duties :
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Analyze operating costs and other data

Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
