• Position: Marketing Coordinator    
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

• Establish comprehensive communication and brand messaging strategies aligned with the clinic’s growth and patient acquisition goals
• Assess the performance of active marketing campaigns and communication programs to optimize return on investment (ROI)
• Formulate targeted marketing roadmaps and promotional plans to enhance local brand awareness and clinic visibility
• Perform market and competitive research to uncover new clinical growth opportunities
• Research, aggregate, and structure high-quality content and health-related data to support internal and external communication channels
• Supervise and review the creation of all outbound copy and written materials to ensure consistent brand tone and professional quality
• Build, organize, and maintain a centralized database of brand collateral and marketing templates
• Collaborate on the design and copywriting of patient-facing brochures, monthly newsletters, and corporate reports
• Drive digital traffic and patient bookings by executing search engine marketing, social media promotions, and website optimization campaigns
• Plan, execute, and manage localized community events, and promotional campaigns

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand communications, or a related field are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
