IN-HOME CAREGIVER (MONTREAL-OUEST, QC, H4X2H1)

A busy professional family in Montreal-Ouest, looking for a caregiver for children who will also do housekeeping and other domestic tasks. Permanent and full times of employment. 40 hours, 5 days per week. Hours Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 9:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Salary: 19.00 $/h. Two days off: usually on Saturday and Sunday, but this may vary depending on the employer's shifts, so flexibility is essential for the employer. Option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. The caregiver may have to take care of the house and take care of the child in the absence of the parents. Languages: English. 

The family needs a caregiver because the parents work long hours, with the father travelling internationally for work and the mother being on-call for a week at a time. The mother also has health concerns that limit her ability to take care of the child, which is hindering the family’s plans to have a second child. The caregiver will be responsible for the care of Theodore Allison, born on September 25, 2024, who is 20 months old.

General High school diploma – Completed 

*Experience related to employment: 

1-2 Years of experience with children or equivalent experience, either through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist is required.
