Position Description: 

Permanent Position: Head Dispatcher 

No. of Vacancies: 1 

Terms of Employment: Permanent Employment-Full Time 

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible 

Wage rate: $34.62 hourly /30 to 40 hours per Week 

Job Requirements: 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:1 year to less than 2 years 

Language: English 

Job Duties : 

1. Organize tasks to accomplish the work

2. Oversee operational logistics of the organization

3. Coordinate activities with other work units or departments

4. Prepare and submit reports

5. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

6. Train workers in duties and policies

7. Arrange training for staff

8. Conduct performance reviews

9. Co-ordinate, assign and review work

10. Ensure transport compliance with regulations

11. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
