Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 105-2900 Bainbridge Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5A 2S8

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule employee activities
• Plan, manage and evaluate restaurant and food service operations
• Establish staff work schedules and monitor performance
• Develop and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete cash reports and related documents
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed
• Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
