Job Duties:
Take customer orders accurately at the counter, drive-thru, or service area.
Process cash, debit, and credit payments and balance the till at shift end.
Prepare drinks, coffees, and simple menu items according to restaurant standards.
Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties as well as package safely for take out.
Assemble, wrap, and package food for dine-in, drive through and take-out service.
Clear tables, clean trays, and help maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Replenish condiments, napkins, utensils, and other front-line supplies as needed.
Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, smoothies, milkshakes and other beverages at times.
Remove waste and recycling and follow sanitation and food safety procedures.
Work closely with teammates to keep service moving during busy periods.

Job Requirements:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience in food service is an asset, but training can be provided.
Strong English communication skills for customer service and order accuracy.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and busy meal periods.
Good attention to detail when handling orders, payments, and food preparation.
Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service. Ability to follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently.
