Work Experience: 1 Year To Less  Than 2 Years
 
Job Duties: 
Cut, trim, and portion salmon and other fish products to company specifications.
Operate knives, hand tools, and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect raw fish for quality, freshness, and defects before and during processing.
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, tools, and equipment throughout the shift.
Prepare product for packing, labeling, and transfer to the next stage of production.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Record production counts, yields, and waste as required by supervisors.
Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules.
 
Job Requirements: 
Completion of secondary school is preferred.
Previous experience in fish processing, food processing, or meat cutting is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks in a cold environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Willingness to follow strict sanitation and food handling procedures.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable using hand tools and basic processing equipment safely.
