Salary: $18.50–$20.00 per hour (negotiable) (35–40 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare, heat, and finish menu items for dine-in and take-out orders.
• Portion, package, and wrap food for service.
• Receive, unpack, and properly store food supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
• Ensure food is handled, prepared, and stored in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
• Use manual and electrical kitchen equipment to wash, peel, slice, and prepare ingredients.
• Monitor food quality and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Work effectively with kitchen staff during busy service periods.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• Previous kitchen experience is an asset; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
