Key Responsibilities:
Poultry Processing & Breakdown: Cut, bone, trim, and portion whole chickens and poultry parts into standard cuts.
Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and may wrap or package fresh or frozen or prepared meats
Ensure food storage conditions are adequate.
Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
Education: Completion of secondary school is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a meat cutter or butcher, specifically with poultry, is highly desirable
