Job Duties:
- Manage portion sizes to ensure plating consistency and minimize waste
- Cook complete meals and individual orders according to recipe standard
- Customize dishes safely for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions
- Coach junior staff on food preparation and safe handling procedures
- Order the necessary ingredients and kitchen gear to stay fully stocked
- Lead kitchen helpers and staff to keep service running smoothly
- Monitor stock levels and keep organized records of supplies and equipment
Job requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Language: English
