Salary $20.15 per hour , 30-40 hrs per week , 6 to 8 hours per day , flexible shift work, 5 days a week , 2 days flexible days off.
Job Description
Duties includes:
Supervise coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparations.
Establish methods to meet work schedules .
Helps maintain standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed , quality and cleanliness.
Maintained records of stock , sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies , procedures and budget
Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Language Requirement:
Read English, Speak English, Write English
