Job Duties:
- 1) Assign tasks to the office support personnel.2) Set priorities for your work and ensure all procedures are followed.3) Ensure that deadlines are fulfilled4) Compile information and create manuals, periodic and special reports, and correspondence.5) Supervise and organize administrative office processes.6) Analyze contracts, project planning, management, and budgeting7) Contribute to establishing operating expenses, inventory management, and financial controls.8) In addition to reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new procedures, manage and coordinate office administrative procedures
- 9) Training the new staff about the code of procedure of the company10) Administrating any other related activity as and when directed from time to time
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
