Job Duties:

  • 1) Assign tasks to the office support personnel.
    2) Set priorities for your work and ensure all procedures are followed.
    3) Ensure that deadlines are fulfilled
    4) Compile information and create manuals, periodic and special reports, and correspondence.
    5) Supervise and organize administrative office processes.
    6) Analyze contracts, project planning, management, and budgeting
    7) Contribute to establishing operating expenses, inventory management, and financial controls.
    8) In addition to reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new procedures, manage and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • 9) Training the new staff about the code of procedure of the company
    10) Administrating any other related activity as and when directed from time to time

    Because this position involves handling confidential financial data, client payroll accounts, and money service operations, the role directly affects the integrity, compliance, and regulatory standing of the business. To ensure accuracy and full adherence to federal compliance standards:

    • The ideal candidate must have experience in the financial or money services industry.

    • Knowledge of FINTRAC regulationsanti-money laundering (AML) policies, and compliance procedures is strongly preferred.

    • Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we require someone with proven integrity, excellent judgment, and strong attention to detail.
