Salary: $37.00 per hour (30 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff.
• Assign duties and ensure efficient store operations.
• Hire, train, and support new employees.
• Prepare employee work schedules.
• Order merchandise and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain store inventory.
• Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
• Authorize merchandise returns and customer refunds as required.
• Process and authorize payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and product supply issues.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and compliant with company policies.

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
