Position Info:

• Position: Home Child Care Provider
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $23.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 3405-6700 Dunblane Ave, Burnaby, BC V5H 0J3

Job Duties:

• Supervise and provide daily care for children in the employer’s home
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children
• Assist children with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other daily routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment for children
• Plan and organize age appropriate activities, games, and outings for children
• Support the emotional well being and social development of children
• Guide children in personal hygiene, manners, and positive social behaviour
• Keep records of children’s daily activities, routines, and health related information

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
