Work Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 year of experience in food industry
Job Duties:
- Work with team in professional manner
- Create and keep work schedules·
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food·
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures·
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies·
- Ensure food service and quality control·
- Address customers' complaints or concerns·
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage·
- Prepare and submit reports·
- Establish work schedules
- Assist in the management of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed as designated by written schedule through proper job assignment, break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non peak periods.
