Position: Construction site supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $37.50 per hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Vacancy: 1
Business Location: 1422 Rhine Crescent, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia V3B 7T1
Work Location: Various sites within Vancouver
Benefits:
4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.
Job Duties:
Prepare production and progress reports for ongoing construction projects
Supervise workers and job site activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Co-ordinate and schedule daily work activities to meet project timelines
Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions as required
Estimate project costs, labour needs, and material requirements
Recommend personnel actions including training, promotion, or disciplinary measures
Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies for construction projects
Job Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English
