We’re currently hiring experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Preparing and cooking menu items to Browns Socialhouse recipes, portioning standards, and presentation specifications
• Setting up and breaking down your station efficiently at the start and end of each shift
• Executing high-volume service with consistency and quality — every plate, every time
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and FOODSAFE standards, including proper storage, labelling, and temperature control
• Supporting inventory management, including rotating stock, monitoring supplies, and flagging shortages to kitchen leadership
• Collaborating with front and back of house team members to ensure seamless service during peak periods
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
• Participating in training, menu updates, and ongoing development with your kitchen team

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant environment
• Solid understanding of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
• FOODSAFE Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing quality or composure
• A team-first attitude — you show up, you contribute, you have each other’s backs
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A genuine love for food and hospitality

• Competitive wages: $20.00–$21.50/hour
• Full-time, permanent position — 40 hours/week
