Responsibilities
Tasks
 

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of both the dining area and the sports bar.
• Organize shift schedules for servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Assist in recruiting new team members and provide onboarding, training, and coaching as needed.
• Promote a positive team culture and support ongoing staff development to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns or escalations. Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner and take proactive steps to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all products meet Boston Pizza quality standards.
• Track daily and weekly sales, labour costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and bar managers to ensure quality and consistency in food and drink offerings.
• Help manage menu rollouts and limited time offers.
• Ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction for all booked events.
• Monitor usage of food, beverages, and other supplies.
