Food Service Supervisor
Wakiki Motel is a motel and restaurant business located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.
We are currently looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time)
Wage: $15.75 – $17.00 per hour (Negotiable)
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week (To be determined)
Job Duties:
-Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations within the motel property
-Lead and support front-line food service staff during busy meal periods
-Monitor customer service quality and ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service
-Assist with staff training, shift coordination, and workplace cleanliness standards
-Coordinate food preparation and service timing with kitchen staff
-Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for motel guests and local customers
-Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a professional manner
-Support smooth day-to-day operations of the motel restaurant and food service area
-Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school
-2 -3 years of supervisory experience in the food industry would be required.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong teamwork and customer service skills
