Outlook Motor Hotel is currently looking for 1 food service supervisor

Wage: $17/Hourly, 30~40 hours per week

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duties:

• Supervise and coach staff at the restaurant
• Constantly monitor inventory stock and help President place orders to vendors
• Plan working schedule for restaurant staff
• Deal with customers and handle complaints and seek customer feedback to improve service
• Help in Kitchen and front area of restaurant when there is a staff shortage
• Attend management meetings and provide operational suggestions to improve business performance
• Participate in hiring new staff
• Other duties as assigned by the President from time to time

Requirements:

Work Experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector OR 1 or 2 year college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management

Language: English

Minimum Education: High School
