Job Description-

Kehar Foods International Ltd.is looking for one full time warehouse Supervisor (Forklift Supervisor) to join their team.

 

Job Duties- The candidate must perform the following duties: –

  • Coordinate, assign, and supervise workers involved in shipping, receiving, storing materials, dispatching crews and scheduling transportation routes.
  • Plan, organize and oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely movement of goods.
  • Prepare work schedules for forklift operators and warehouse staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies are met.
  • Load, unload, move and store materials manually or using forklifts, industrial trucks, conveyors, winches and other material-handling equipment when required.
  • Train workers in job duties, safe equipment operation and forklift operation, warehouse procedures and company policies and resolve work-related or operational issues.
  • Ensure smooth operation of warehouse equipment and machinery, arrange maintenance and repairs and requisition supplies and materials as needed.
  • Prepare and submit progress, inventory and operational reports to support management and continuous improvement.

Job requirements-

  • Secondary education is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required in a related field.
