Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $22.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 450 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1V4

Job Duties:

• Supervise prep and portioning to meet speed and quality standards
• Schedule and manage staff to ensure all shifts are fully covered
• Order food and supplies to maintain consistent stock levels
• Track daily records for sales, inventory, repairs, and food waste
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service quality
• Hire and onboard new food service staff as needed
• Train the service team on job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
