Job Duties:
- Direct daily floor operations and establish clear team workflow
- Hire and train staff to ensure high performance and service standards
- Schedule shifts and supervise staff to ensure full coverage and efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and organize storage to prevent product shortages
- Budget food, beverage, and supply costs to maintain profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure the pricing and quality on ingredients and supplies
- Uphold health and safety codes to maintain a clean, compliant workspace
- Resolve guest complaints to maintain a positive reputation
Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
