Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00 – 22.00 / hr
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 350 Nanaimo Street, Vancouver, BC V5L 4R7

Job Duties:

• Execute a diverse menu by following set recipes and quality benchmarks
• Precisely measure ingredients to ensure consistent results and reduce waste
• Manage food preparation for guests with allergies according to safety rules
• Oversee kitchen stock and help order new supplies when required
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment for efficient workflow
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized to meet all safety standards

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
