Position Info:

• Position: Hotel Night Clerk Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $31.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 2668 Saskatchewan Ave W, Portage La Prairie, MB R1N 4A7

Job Duties:

• Direct nightly operations for the front desk, reservations, and guest services staff
• Compile and submit nightly progress reports and shift logs for management review
• Execute the nightly financial audit and resolve any posting discrepancies
• Establish departmental work schedules and operational procedures in coordination with day-shift management
• Resolve complex guest complaints and manage service issues during the overnight shift
• Requisition necessary supplies and equipment while managing inventory levels
• Maintain hotel property management systems and coordinate emergency technical repairs or maintenance
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluation process for personnel

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
