Responsibilities
Tasks
• Oversee daily operations of the gas bar and convenience store
• Ensure continuous fuel supply and coordinate fuel deliveries
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift coverage
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for all retail products
• Order stock and ensure proper product display and merchandising
• Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation and deposits
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
• Ensure compliance with fuel handling, health, and safety regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections and staff training sessions
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fuel and store inventory
• Implement promotional campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
• Monitor store security systems and prevent theft or losses
• Maintain records of operations, staff performance, and financial activities
