Position Info:

• Position: Insulators Foreman
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.50~$39.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 14289 29 Avenue, Surrey, BC V4P 2H5

Job Duties:

• Oversee, organize, and manage the daily tasks of insulation workers
• Coordinate and schedule job assignments, ensuring efficient workflow and timelines
• Provide supervision to insulation crews ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Prepare work progress reports
• Supervise and schedule the activities of helpers and apprentices

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the trade supervised is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
