Frontline Integrated Security Ltd. located at 109 VICTORIA ST BC KAMLOOPS, BC V2C 1Z4 is looking for Security Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Job type: Permanent full time

Salary: $49.85/hour



Duties :

1. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the organization’s security and administrative services.

2. Conduct security risk assessments, incident trend analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

3. Plan and manage budgets for security department, client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

4. Approve expenditures related to security systems, infrastructure, contracts, and staffing.

5. Interview, hire, and train new staff members.

6. Supervise, assign work to, and evaluate security supervisors, guards, other admin workers and third-party security contractors.

7. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services

8. Develop and implement corporate security policies and standards aligned with organizational objectives.

9. Manage and ensure compliance with provincial security licensing, company governance policies and regulatory requirements.

10. Prepare management reports and provide strategic advice on security and administrative risk mitigation to senior management.



Job Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

• 2 to less than 3 years of security related experience is required.
