$25.00 – 27.00/hour (Depending on experience)

40 hours per week

Job Duties:
– Build, fix, or replace multi-layer roofing structures using materials such as asphalt-soaked felts, hot asphalt, and gravel.
– Fit and secure sheet-metal flashing components around joints, edges, and roof features.
– Install, troubleshoot, or renew single-ply roofing systems made from waterproof membranes, including modified plastics, elastomeric materials, or other asphalt-based products.
– Place, repair, or change shingles, shakes, and other types of roofing tiles on pitched residential or commercial roofs.
– Apply protective waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces located either below grade or above ground.
– Assemble scaffolding or other access equipment to ensure safe entry and movement around work areas on roofs.
– Construct and service metal roofing systems using appropriate hand tools and power equipment.
