• Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 2038 Rocking Horse Pl, Nanoose Bay, BC V9P 9C2

Job Duties:

• Oversee and assess daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Track employee performance and provide guidance to maintain productivity standards
• Coordinate and organize operational activities to support smooth restaurant functioning
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage
• Assist in training team members on service procedures and workplace policies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control for food and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
