Job Duties:
- Prepare a variety of doughs, batters, and frostings following specific recipes and custom orders.
- Bake all items to consistent standards for color, texture, and flavor.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision to meet the shop's visual presentation standards.
- Verify the quality and freshness of all finished products before they are served.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the kitchen fully stocked.
- Display baked goods effectively to enhance visual appeal and sales.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial baking experience are required
