We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to work at Kimmer Country Market located in Alberta, Canada.

Main Job Duties:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of retail sales staff.
– Assign sales duties, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain store cleanliness.
– Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
– Assist in the preparation of work schedules and monitor staff performance.
– Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
– Monitor inventory levels, request supplies, and participate in stock control.
– Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new staff.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards.
 
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required.
 
Working Conditions.
Wage: $21.50-$22.00 per hour
Working hour: 30 – 40 hours a week and 4 % of vacation pay
