(Retail Sales Manager- Ecommerce)

We are looking for a well experienced Retail Sales Manager- Ecommerce for our company Go Auto located at 5840 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC V6X 2A9, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce vehicle sales activities to ensure a seamless and customer-centric digital retail experience in alignment with Go Auto’s service standards and operational goals.

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies based on data insights to drive lead generation, optimize follow-up workflows, and improve conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with internal marketing and digital departments to maintain accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized online vehicle listings, promotional campaigns, and website content.

  • Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools and e-commerce platforms to manage customer engagement, monitor sales performance metrics, and enhance lead nurturing practices.

  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships through digital communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, and video, ensuring an outstanding and responsive buying experience.

  • Monitor online inventory listings for accuracy in pricing, availability, and product details; liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely updates and data integrity.

  • Analyse online sales trends, customer behaviours, and performance reports to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the online sales process.

  • Promote a workplace culture grounded in enthusiasm, accountability, and transparency, reflecting Go Auto’s core values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and reinforcing long-term customer loyalty.

  • Collaborate with service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive vehicle delivery experiences, seamless transactions, and exceptional customer handover.

  • Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by upper management to support the success of the online sales division.

Prerequisites:

 

Education:                                  Secondary School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                   1 year to less than 2 years

Language:                         English

 

Hourly Rate: $ 40.87 to $ 45 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

 

Benefits: 6 % vacation pay
