Permanent Position: Restaurant Manager
Positions: 2
Wage Rate: $35.00 per hour for 37.50 hours per week, Overtime after 40 hours.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Overtime, Weekend
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Language: English
Minimum Education: High School Required
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Work Location: 20075 Langley Bypass, Langley, BC, V3A 8R6
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Should be customer service oriented.
Ability to supervise: Staff in various area of responsibility.
Essential Skills: Communication, working with others, Problem solving, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning
Benefits: Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer as well as the first three months
