Tokyo Avenue Restaurant is a well-established Japanese restaurant located in Innisfail, Alberta. We are known for our consistent commitment to high-quality cuisine and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining area.
-Prepare and manage employee work schedules based on business needs.
-Monitor inventory levels and order food, beverages, and restaurant supplies, including fresh sushi ingredients.
-Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Track sales, control operating costs, and assist with budgeting and pricing decisions.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality and timely deliveries.
Requirements:
– Completion of college related to hospitality industry is usually required.
– 3+ years of supervisory experience in the food service sector are required.
Working Conditions
Wage: $36–$37 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Vacation: 4% vacation pay, in accordance with employment standards
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
