Rental Service Supervisor- 2 positions

Salary $25.00 per hour, 6 to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible shift.

 Work shift schedules are expected to shift 6 hours up to 8 hours, depending on the business operation, these shifts continuously vary from early morning, afternoon, evening, weekend with flexible hours.

 

 Main Duties:

 Supervise and coordinate rental sales staff and service agents.

Assign rental agent /sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

Rent, lease cars and trucks to customers

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints

Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

Prepare reports regarding rental sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

May refuel, wash and clean vehicles

May Pick up and deliver vehicles

 

 Employment Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is usually required.

 1 year less than 2 years of supervisory experience in any occupation is required.

Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, or rental agent is an asset.

 

Languages:

 Must know how Speak English, Read English, Write English

Security and criminal clearances are required
